T.C.P. World Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, genetic information, religion, veteran status, disability, income level, housing status, or any other protected category, designation, identification or orientation, and prohibits discrimination of anyone at TCP by anyone, including but not limited to students, parents, staff, employees, administration, contractors, visitors, guests, or anyone on TCP premises for all times and hours of the day in any admissions, operations, hiring, employment practices, training, educational program, and all activities including any school organized or sponsored events or field trips, even if a TCP sanctioned activity takes place away from the school premises. Any inquires or complaints of discrimination should be submitted to the School’s Title IX coordinator, and any inquiry or complaint presented to the school shall be promptly forwarded without change, censorship, modification or discouragement to the Title IX coordinator.
